Final / Punch-List Clean

Pricing
You can see every line before you agree to it
The estimator on the quote form runs the same math that produces your formal quote. Labor per square foot, the property-type adjustment, each add-on, extra floors at $125 apiece. If the number moves, you can see which line moved it.
Jobs under $450 are billed at $450, because a truck roll costs what it costs. Big jobs go the other way: 5% off at 10,000 sqft, 8% at 25,000, 12% at 50,000.
Nothing is added after you accept. There is no trip charge, no supply fee, and no fuel surcharge showing up at the end of the month.

Walk the site and flag anything you want redone. If you find it after we have gone, call within 48 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. You do not file anything, and we do not argue about whose dust it was.
If the site turns out worse than described, we quote the difference in writing and wait for your approval. Nobody gets an invoice with a surprise on it.

Straight answers
How fast do I actually get the quote?
Minutes. Pricing runs the moment you submit, generates a PDF, and emails it. Submit at 2am and it goes out at 2am.
Do you work around other trades?
Constantly. Rough cleans exist because the trades are not finished. Tell us who is still on site and which floors are theirs, and we sequence around them, then come back for the touch-up before handover.
What if the site is worse than described?
We quote the change in writing and wait for your approval before doing the extra work. The condition setting on the quote form covers most of this up front: heavy debris, paint, and adhesive price at 1.3x standard.
Do you haul debris?
We coordinate it as a line item on your quote: dumpster placement, load-out labor, and haul-off scheduling. Disposal of whatever our own cleaning generates is included in the base rate either way.
Can you do it in 48 hours?
Usually. A next-48-hours job prices at 1.25x, because a crew is coming off something else to do yours. One week out is 1.08x. If your date is genuinely flexible, it drops to 0.95x.
When do I pay?
After the job. There is no deposit. You walk the site, we correct anything you flag, then the invoice goes out on net-14 terms with a card or ACH link.
